Is the store open during COVID-19 Lockdown?

The store is open for curb-side pick-up only, in hours specified by the Ontario regulations. Please schedule a pick-up with the store.

Can I visit the store to try a product on?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not open to the public and do not allow any visits to the store.

Are the products authentic?

All brands represented on originalluxury.ca website are acquired from manufacturers with partnership agreements in place. We are ready to provide necessary proof of authenticity when required by clients.

How do you deliver products?

International shipping is carried out by UPS or DHL services. Domestic Canadian shipping is carried out by UPS or Canada Post.

What if the product does not fit?

If the purchased product does not fit you can simply send it back to us to receive a refund. This applies only to full-priced items and does not apply to Final Sale items.

Can I pick-up the product directly?

You can visit our showroom located at #11-8888 Keele st., in Concord to pick-up your purchase. Please allow 2 hours for the products to be packaged, and make an appointment in advance.

Do you offer gift boxes?

Accepted Answer

All our scarves are shipped with premium gift-boxes (carriers) free of charge. Smaller apparel items (shirts, t-shirts, etc.) are packaged in the same carrier. Large garment items (such as blazers and coats) come in cloth cases provided by the brand. Not all items have gift  packaging available.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes on purchases?

All prices on our website are indicated without sales tax. The sales tax is calculated when delivery information is provided according to the corresponding sales tax rate in your province or territory.

All international shipment are delivered at DAP (Delivery At Place), meaning that you are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. For more details please contact your local customs office.
